1. How much will restoration cost me?
   Most projects cost nothing more than your insurance deductible, as all work is completed for the approved replacement cost value under your insurance policy. However, some policies do exclude items or have conditions such as ACV riders. JRS will provide you with a policy review as part of its restoration work.
2. What types of damage do you handle?
   We restore properties affected by hail, wind, fire, floods, and other catastrophic events. Work often includes roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other essential repairs.
3. Do you assist with the insurance process?
   Yes! We'll guide you through every step of the insurance claim process, ensuring all repairs are compliant with your policy and that you are fully indemnified from all covered perils.
4. How soon can you start restoration?
   Inspections are conducted quickly following your initial consultation. We work efficiently to ensure your property is restored as soon as possible. Depending on the scope of the loss, restoration may take as little as just a few weeks. On larger loss claims and those in which the insurer initially refuses to approve complete scopes the process will take longer.
